The Wales Air Ambulance provides a vital service through emergency air cover for those who face life threatening illness or injury across North & Mid Wales. They don't just rescue injured climbers and walkers - about 40% of their call outs are for road traffic accidents which could affect any one of us, anywhere in Wales.

But when you stop to consider that our potentially dangerous sport takes us to remote and generally inaccessible areas, you realise why they are such a valuable emergency service to us and to anyone else who enjoys the wild places of Wales.

North Wales Land Rover Club have chosen the Wales Air Ambulance as our adopted chairty. As well as trying to raise awareness of their activities and to raise money for them we have helped them with such things as towing their de-commissioned exhibition helicopter from location to location on their behalf.
