Here are the directions and locations
for the Sites used for NWLRC events. If anyone has up to date directions
for the sites not yet listed, please let me know.

for any changes before travelling to an Event.
Please arrive on site by 9 AM. The Scrutineering queue
will close at 9:30.
You will need your Club Card, Scrutineering Log Book
(If you have one), ARC Log Book (CCV Entries) and MOT Certificate (RTV
Entries).
Bryngywn Farm
This site is at Grid Ref: SJ 215313. Turn off the A494
Mold to Ruthin road at Gwernymynydd by the Rainbow Garage. In 1 mile turn
right at the T-Junction, Bryngwyn Farm is 1/2 Mile on the Left |
Coed Talon
This site is at Treuddyn at GR SJ259584. From the A5104
Corwen-Chester Road, about 2 miles South West of Pontblyddyn (on the A542
Mold Wrexham road) turn North into Treuddyn, then right in the village.
The site is on the right in about half a mile. |
Gaerwen
Take the “old” A5 across Anglesey, and
then turn north in the middle of Gaerwen. The site is at GR SH478728

Gwyddelwern
This is a new site, and will be signposted from the A494 at Gwyddelwern, between Ruthin and Corwen. |
Harlech
This site is best approached off the A496 at Llanfair,
1 mile south of Harlech at GR SH573295. In Llanfair turn inland, in 100
meters turn left them in 75 meters turn right. Follow this road for about
three miles, straight over a crossroads and past a junction. Merthyr Farm
(the campsite) is on the left. The trial site is a quarter of a mile further
on the right. The site is at GR SH611321 |
Mynydd Llandegai
The trial is at Parc Brynau at Grid Reference SH 603663
and will be signed from the A5 between Bethesda and the A55
Bryngwyn Farm. This site is at GR SJ215613. Turn off the A494 Mold
to Ruthin road at Gwernymynydd by to Rainbow Garage. In 1 mile turn
tight at T-junction, Bryngwyn Farm is half mile on left |
Plas Coch
This site is at GR SN511685. Crossing on to Anglesey
take the A5 towards Llanfair PG then the A4080 towards Brynsiencyn. Plas
Coch is about 2 miles on the right. |
Porthmadog
This site is at Dolbenmaen at GR SH512432. From the
A487 Caernarfon to Porthmadog road about 4 miles west of Porthmadog, 2
mile south of Bryncir, turn north on an unclassified road toward Cwm Pennant.
Bethel. This is on the B4366 between Bangor and Caernarfon. We have still
to finalise the access we will be using to this new site, so follow the
yellow arrows. |
Wern Ganol
The site is at GR SJ255542. From the A525 Wrexham - Ruthin road at Bwlchgwyn by the Moors Inn, go North up the B5430. After 1 mile turn right onto unclassified road. In 1 mile at T junction turn right. The site is 1/2 mile on right. |
